Avoid black hat SEO
Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via natural search results for targeted keywords. Usually the higher it ranks, the more searchers will visit that site. SEO techniques can be classified into two broad categories, the good part / white hat SEO and the bad one /black hat SEO. White hats tend to produce results that last a long time, and black hat may eventually be banned either temporarily or permanently once the search engines discover the trick.
Here are some black hat SEO technique you better avoid:
- Hiding the keyword from human using Img Alt Tags. The bad person will try to make a small 1 by 1 pixel images and providing its Alt tag with his keyword. The code will be: <img src=”black-hat.jpg” alt=”SEARCh ENGINE MARKETING OPTIMIZATION SEARCH ENGINES SEO SEARCH MARKETING”>
- Putting very very long keyword in your page title.
- Make bold of all keyword in your web page.
- Hidden your keyword by using div or invisible text. You can do this by setting the text color to white with a white background.
